FORGED IN CAROLINA FIRE
Carolina Hot Wings started with a simple mission: find the hottest wings in Charlotte. Friends and founders Kevin and Gordon searched across the city but kept running into the same problem: wings that were either not hot enough or so spicy they sacrificed flavor. So they decided to create their own. What began as a wing pop-up restaurant gradually turned into something bigger. To deliver the perfect balance of fire and flavor, they crafted a homemade recipe by blending the "Big 3" Carolina BBQ traditions: Eastern vinegar, Western ketchup, and South Carolina mustard, and harnessing the power of the Carolina Reaper Pepper, grown locally in Lincolnton, NC.
Today, Carolina Hot Wings is built on that same idea: Real Flavor, Real Heat, and a Love for the Carolinas.
